The owner of 3190 Travers Avenue has submitted an application for a Minor Development Variance Permit to allow construction of accessory structures. Minor Development Variance Permit 26-066 would allow for minor setback relaxations in the waterfront and side yards as generally shown on the plans linked blow.
Minor Development Variance Permits are delegated to the Director of Planning, Development, and Environment Services.
