Renew your Destination Parks annual parking pass online or get help at a drop-in on August 31

Parking pass drop-in

Have you renewed your resident parking pass?

The Destination Parks Pay Parking Program now includes Lighthouse, Whyte Lake/Nelson Canyon, Whytecliff, Cypress Falls, Seaview Walk, and Ambleside parks. West Vancouver residents are eligible for an annual parking pass at no cost.

Each pass is issued to an individual vehicle/license plate. There are no limits to the number of passes per resident, and each pass is valid for all West Vancouver parks in the program. Resident passes are valid for 365 days from the date of approval and must be renewed every year. You will receive a renewal reminder email at the start of the month in which your pass expires.

Residents may apply for or renew a resident pass online at impark.com/westvan. To renew your pass, log into your hangTag account and follow the instructions.

The District is hosting an in-person registration event for resident parking passes on Monday, August 31 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Municipal Hall, 750 17th Street, in the Raven Room.

Drop in to receive assistance from Impark customer service to apply for a parking pass. Residents who wish to apply for a parking pass will need to bring proof of current vehicle registration to an address in West Vancouver. Residents should also bring their own smartphone or tablet, if possible.
