Starting on Tuesday, September 8, you will be able to withdraw from drop-in activities online up to one (1) hour before the start of your class.
What's changing?
Previously, you could only withdraw from drop-in activities online up to 24 hours before the start of your class. Withdrawals made within 24 hours of the class had to be processed over the phone. Starting on September 8, this will change, and you will be able to withdraw from drop-in activities online, up to one hour before the start of your class.
What's considered a 'drop-in activity'?
Drop-in activities are one-time activities that you register for on a weekly basis.
Can I also withdraw from seasonal/term activities online one hour before the start of class?
No. This change only applies to drop-in activities. Please refer to our Refund Policy for withdrawal deadlines for seasonal/term activities, which vary by program area.

We have transitioned to automatic waiting lists for all registered seasonal activities, starting with waiting list invitations for summer camps and programs.
How it works
- If an activity is full, you can add yourself or a family member to the waiting list.
- When a space becomes available, you will receive an automated invitation to the email linked to your account.
- You will have 24 hours to enroll or remove yourself from the waiting list.
Important reminders
- Make sure the email on your account is up to date.
- Waiting list notifications are sent to the Head of Household email on the account.
- Remove yourself from the waiting list if you no longer need the spot.
