When do the new booking policies take effect?
Changes take effect August 6, 2026.
Why are booking policies changing?
Changes aim to improve fairness and allow players the option to book tee times further in advance than 7 days.
What is the tee time booking limit?
Every golfer may book two tee times per day to allow for the opportunity of playing 18 holes. Be sure to time the second round for 2 hours and 15 minutes or longer after your first tee time.
Why limit bookings to two tee times per day?
To prevent overbooking and improve access for more players.
What are the booking fees?
There is a fee of $3 (tax included) per golfer for 8 to 30 days in advance. There is no fee for bookings within 7 days.
How can I pay the advanced booking fee?
Please use the online reservation system for advanced bookings. For detailed instructions, please see the advanced online booking tutorial.
Are booking fees refundable?
No, they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable. Refunds will only be issued if the course is closed by the District.
Why not allow early booking for free?
Advance booking fees help reduce speculative or multiple bookings that then go cancelled or unused. This improves tee time availability for all golfers. The fee structure balances access by keeping short-term bookings at no cost, while discouraging holding tee times far in advance without commitment.
Singles Booking Policy
Can single golfers book tee times?
Singles can book by joining existing groups (twosomes or threesomes). Singles will not be booked as standalone tee times.
What happens if the group I join cancels?
The single golfer will stay in the reserved tee time and others will be able to join the available openings.
What if the group doesn’t show up?
The single golfer will stay in the reserved tee time and will play on their own, or the starter will join them with a group close to their original time.
Booking Accountability
Who must be present for a tee time booking?
The person who booked must use their tee time or have certified someone else to take their reservation.
What happens if the booking person doesn’t show up?
The person who booked the tee time will be charged a $70 no show fee. Each individual who does not arrive for their assigned time without cancelling within the two hours prior to the allotted tee-time window will be charged $20 per person.
Why is this policy being introduced?
This allows booking fairness for everyone to have access to all tee-times.
